Returns;

Unwashed and unused items may be returned, within 21 days from the ship date, for exchange, store credit or a full refund. less shipping fees) Items must be in their original packaging and proof of purchase is required. A 10% restocking fee may be applied to some returns. Please contact us as soon as possible with any questions or concerns.

Gift Returns;

If you are purchasing an item as a gift, please provide the date of the gift giving occasion. The return policy will take effect from the date specified.

Bracelets and necklaces are to be used by adults only. They are not intended for children's play toys. Children are not to be left alone with the bracelets or necklaces as they pose a choking/strangulation hazard. By purchasing these, you are agreeing not to hold Nursing Notions™ liable in the event of any misuse or unforeseen accidents.

Restringing;

In the event your bracelet or necklace does break, send the beads to us and we will restring up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Shipping to you is on us. Proof of purchase is required.

Minnesota residents will pay 6.5% sales tax on all taxable items.
